She is survived by: her sons, Edward Mucha, Jr. (Maureen), Steven Mucha (Jodi) and Jeffrey Mucha (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Patrick (Alexandra), Christopher (Caitlin), Daniel (Jessica), Matthew (Jaime), Samantha and Bryan; her great grandchildren, Bridgette, Abigail, Ella, Leo and Emmett; and her sister Ellen Caldwell (Richard).
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
