Malgorzata Iskra Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Malgorzata Iskra of Garfield, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Malgorzata farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Malgorzata is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw Iskra, Sr.; her son Peter Iskra; her parents, Andrzej Sokolowski and Anna Sokolowski; and her sisters, Sabina and Zyta.
She is survived by: her son Stanley M. Iskra Jr.; and her sisters, Maria and Helena. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kamienski Funeral Home of Garfield (207 Ray St, Garfield, NJ 07026). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Stanislaus Kostka R. C. Church (184 Ray St, Garfield, NJ 07026). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Michael's Cemetery (120 Saddle River Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026).
