He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rembish and Lillian Rembish; his sister Sandra Gazdus (Robert); his father-in-law Raymond Smith; and his sister-in-law Mary Rembish.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughters, Stefanie Cook (Matthew) and Megan Luterzo (Joseph); his grandson Jackson Cook; his siblings, Fred Rembish, Nancy Sclafani (Steve), Ann-Marie Stoffels (Bob), Adrian Rembish and Alice Rembish; his mother-in-law Margaret Smith; and his in-laws, Robert Smith and Carolann Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is accepting memorial gifts.
