He is survived by: his wife Michele Schultz; his son Michael Schultz (Erin); his grandchild Kaley; his son Steven Schultz; his mother Ruby Schultz; his sister Joanne Lesnefsky (John); his sisters-in-law, Debbie Wilcox (George) and Diana Smith (Ken); his nieces, Cassidy and Hailey; his godson Jake; and his parents-in-law, Harry and Gretchen Campbell.
