He was predeceased by : his parents, Nicola Cucinotta and Rosa Cucinotta (Guetta); his wife Lydia Azzari (Azzari); and his granddaughter Alisha Hoelle. He is survived by : his brother Joseph Cucinotta; his children, Rosie Hoelle (Jeff), Nicholas Cucinotta (Rita) and Lori Greenwood (Ed); his grandchildren, Domenick, Michael, Gabrielle Scaffidi (Tim), Thomas and Melanie (Rose Baiocco); and his close friend Joseph Tossini.
