He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Mathis, and Albert D. Mathis, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Chickie; his son Andrew Scott Mathis; his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Mathis; his daughter Jill Elizabeth Mathis; his daughter-in-law Kathy Turner-Mathis; his grandchildren, Aaron, Natalie, Riley and Jackson; his sister Alice Mathis Tweed; and his brother-in-law Richard Tweed.
In lieu, of flowers, the family is requesting that those desiring make a contribution in Albert's memory to the First United Methodist Church at 60 State Street, Glassboro, NJ 08028.
