She was predeceased by : her husband George Theodore Fackelman. She is survived by : her daughter Lisa M. Davis (Jonathan), Jody F. Dinnell; her grandchildren, Kristen Horvath (Joseph Majuri) and Michael Horvath; and her great grandchild Marietta Majuri.
