Anthony R Marra Obituary

Anthony R. Marra, 57, of Glassboro, NJ passed away on November 9, 2019. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Lightcap), Son of Rosemarie and Dominick Marra, Loving father of Nicole Marra Eckhardt (Kevin) of Somerdale, NJ, Antonio R. Marra, Jr. (Amy) of Somerdale, NJ and Stepdaughter Amanda Alper of Franklinville, NJ. Pre-deceased by a sister, Barbara (Mike) LaForte. Also survived by a sister, Donna (George) Hummel of Erial, brother, Dominick Marra of Glassboro, six grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Tony grew up in Blackwood and went to Triton High School and still keeps in touch with so many friends and plays Clash of Clans with many of them. Loves spending time with all the children in his life. Loved going to his mother-in-laws to swim. Always helped her with anything she needed. Nancy talks about how he was the love of her life and that 18 years was not enough time. He will be missed by many.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 from 1:00-2:00 PM followed by his memorial service at 2:00 PM at MATHIS FUNERAL HOME, 43 N. Delsea Drive, Glassboro, NJ.
