He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Polhamus and Ruth Behler Polhamus; and his brother Joseph Polhamus Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tagliabue; his children, Emily Polhamus (Bill Waters) and Andy Polhamus (Tori Dikeman); his grandson Henry Waters; his siblings, Danny Polhamus (Irene Graham), Anne Swain and Valerie Polhamus; and his pet Ever.
