He was predeceased by: his parents, John Higgins and Loretta Higgins; his sisters, Marianne McNasby and Christina Higgins; and his in-laws, Bryan and Audrey Nicklin.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Jason Higgins; his grandson Colin Higgins; his brother Erick; his sister-in-law Cindy Guevara; his nieces, Karly Guevara and Sara Guevara; his goddaughter Brittany Krause; his nephew Willie Krause, Jr.; and his pets, Ollie and Millie. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
