He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Whitworth and Joan Whitworth; his brother Stephen Whitworth; his sister-in-law Edda; and his former wife Carmella Barnes Whitworth.
He is survived by: his sister Pamela Worton (Fred); and his nieces and nephews, Chandler, Michele, Melissa, Zachary and Manuel.
