It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine A Scherzer of Glen Ridge, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on September 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Bonfante and Louise Bonfante; her husband John Scherzer; and her sister Jean Stanco. She is survived by : her sons, Eric (Kristina), Paul (Laura), Kevin (Karla) and Kyle (Kara); her siblings, Samuel Bonfante (Agnes), Gerard Bonfante (Joann) and Donna Rocco; and her grandchildren, Christopher, Mark, Scott, Daniela, Brody, Ella and Sophia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
