He was predeceased by: his parents, David H. Skinner, Sr. and Eileen Skinner. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Deming (Raymond Deming) of Toms River, NJ, Stephen Skinner of Hawthorne, NJ and Paul Skinner (Lynn) of Wanaque, NJ.; his nieces, Kaitlyn, Emily and Amanda; and his nephew Matthew.

A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke's RC Church (340 N Franklin Tpke, Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ 07423).
