He was predeceased by: his sister Marianne Andreazza. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Shawulsky of Glen Rock, NJ; his sons, Garrick Andreazza of Orlando, FL and Nick Andreazza of Rockaway, NJ; his grandchildren, Shaun and Kayla Andreazza of Rockaway, NJ.; his stepdaughter Beth Crotty (Michael Crotty) of Westfield, NJ; and his stepgrandchildren, Hudson, Madeline and Colin Crotty. He is also survived by many cousins and step relatives.
