It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Harnig of Glen Rock, New Jersey, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen Harnig to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by : her husband John; her daughter Gretchen Piela (Ben); her grandchildren, Benny (Chloe), Gabrielle and Johnny Piela; and her siblings, Grace "Sugar" Connors (Jimmy) and Joe Ahearn (JoAnn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

A wake was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home (257 Godwin Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catharine R. C. Church (905 Maple Ave, Glen Rock, NJ 07452).
