He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Art and Lois E. Van Art; and his siblings, Robert Van Art and Jody Michel Felder. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Van Art; his children, Colleen Van Art (Todd) and Kyle Van Art (Amy); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Alyssa, Benjamin and Nathan; and his sister Joy Van Art.
