She was predeceased by : her mother Milagros Melendez; and her siblings, Maria Quijano, Margarita Quijano and Edwin Martinez. She is survived by : her daughters, Natalie Johnson and Pamela Quijano; her siblings, Milagros "Millie" Ruiz, Baltazar "Al" Feliciano and Carlos Feliciano; and also Derrick. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, her family would appreciate donations to be made to a charity of the donor's choosing, so Milka's giving nature may be celebrated and benefited among several charities.
