He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Cochran, Sr. and Catherine Cochran; and his daughter Michelle Barr. He is survived by: his children, David Cochran of San Diego, CA and Kristi Allison; and his grandchildren, Brandon Barr, Kylee Cochran and Jaxson.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home (851 Monmouth St, Gloucester City, NJ 08030). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (550 Delsea Dr, Sewell, NJ 08080).
