He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, BJ Jacobson (Danielle), Richard Velazquez, Vicki Velazquez and Sandy Velazquez; his grandchildren, Jordyn Avery Jacobson and Cooper Ryan Jacobson; his siblings, Jose, Nicky, Jenny, Marco, Lisa, Eric Velazquez and Oscar Ochoa; and his father Antonio Velazquez.
