He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Winters and Mary Winters; and his wife Helen. He is survived by: his son William J. Winters; and his brothers, Joseph and Freddy Winters.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the New St Mary's Cemetery (515 W Browning Rd, Bellmawr, NJ 08031).
