With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnne C. Brophy of Gloucester City, New Jersey, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on July 10, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jay F. Brophy; her parents, Veronica Kent and Robert Kent; her sons, Jay F. Brophy (Megan Murphy), John A. Brophy and Shane P. Brophy (Alyssa Smith); her grandchildren, Layla Marie Brophy, Madison, Mychael and Mason Hatton; and her siblings, Barbara Lacovara (John), Nancy Liberto (Salvatore), Kelly Thorn (Mark) and Kathy Franceschini (Vincent). She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers to Saint Mary's R.C. Church: 426 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ 08030.
