He was predeceased by: his parents, Felip Rodriguez and Celestina Rodriguez Morales; his wife Carmen Rodriguez DeJesus; and his brother Willie. He is survived by: his children, Carmen Borras, Jose A. Rodriguez, Jr., Edwin Rodriguez, Jimmy Rodriguez and Jeanette Candelario; and his siblings, Junior, Aida and Nelly.
