He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rushworth and Carrie Rushworth; and his siblings, Billy, Frank, Dennis, Carrie, Sharon, Keith and Mike.

He is survived by: his child Kennedi Rushworth; his siblings, Elaine, Darlene, John, Mark, Wayne and Tommy; and also Andrea. He is also survived by many loving niece, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
