He is survived by: his daughter Ava O'Donnell; his parents, Michael O'Donnell and Denise O'Donnell; his brothers, Keith (Danielle) and Blaise (Madelyn); his nieces and nephews, Kierstynn, Bug, Maxine and Blaise Jr.; Laura Hetrick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
