She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Pettit and Muriel Padgett Pettit; and her husband Richard Rumrill. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Hunter (Bob), Donald Rumrill (Meghan), Richard Rumrill (Barb), Fay M Young and Edgar D. Rumrill; her sister-in-law Germaine Pettit; and her niece Susan Pettit. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; 1 Great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rupell Funeral Home (465 Memorial Pkwy, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made in Judiths name to The Parkinson's Foundation (Parkinson.org) or the Alzheimer's Association (donorservices.alz.org).
