He is survived by: his wife Marcia Deutsch Cook; his daughter Lauren Cook; and his siblings, Barbara Benson of Middlesex, NJ, Sharon Morrison of Cottonwood, AZ, Bruce Cook of Alliance, NE and Stephen Cook of Easton, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
