He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Clark; his brothers, Edward Clark Jr. and Kenneth Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Clark and Mary Lynn Clark.
He is survived by: his father Edward Clark, Sr. (Paula); his children, Danielle Spencer (Steve), Brittany Clark and Anthony Clark, Jr.; his siblings, John Clark, David Clark (Ann), Barry Clark, Ronald Clark (Anne), Richard Clark (Stacy), Cathleen Joslin and Donna Clark; and his sister-in-law Heather Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
