She was predeceased by: her father Dirk F. Heykoop. She is survived by: her mother Mery L. Heykoop; her daughters, Samantha Vazquez (Moises) and Jacqueline Cortellacci (Dante); her stepdaughter Sherri Miller (Jason); her brothers, Ivan and Eric; and her grandchildren, Bianca, Israel Vazquez, Jaelynn and Gabriella Miller.
