He is survived by : his wife Sue Ming Liu of Piscataway; his daughter Amanda Oppedisano (Daniel) of Pequannock; and his siblings, Daniel Liu of East Brunswick, Yaw-Hwa Liu of Missouri City, TX, Suzi Kuo of Sugarland, TX and Bing Hwa Tai of Boca Raton, FL..
