He was predeceased by : his parents, Cataldo Mazzola and Maria Mazzola; his brother Joseph Mazzola; and his daughter Susan Conte Mazzola. He is survived by : his significant other Lucille Donatacci; his sister Susan Baglino (Anthony); his daughters, Melissa Mazzola (Perry Hughes) and Stacy Mazzola Rafferty (Scott); his grandchildren, Riley and Carly Rafferty; and his nieces and nephews, Courtney Fernandez (Zachary), Brittney Baglino (Ben Rachamim), Ashley Lucker (Connor), Grayson, Aubrey Fernandez, Noah, Edan Rachamim and Liam Lucker.
