He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Delaney Sr. and Thomas J. Delaney; his brother Bill Delaney; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Bova and Carla Giangregorio.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Delaney of Old Bridge; his sons, Thomas R. Delaney III of Old Bridge and Brian Delaney (Gayle) of Howell; his daughter-in-law Randi Geller of Freehold; his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Samantha Delaney; his aunt Mary Reiter; his sister Lois Smith (James); his sister-in-law Barbara Delaney; his siblings, Maureen Lempert (Paul), Cecelia Bova, Sean Delaney (Dale), Marianne O'Connor (William), Kathleen Delaney, Gerard Delaney (Robert), Patrick Delaney (Cathy) and Roger Delaney; and his in-laws, Stephen, Gail Schulack, Linda Andersen, Frank Markiewicz, Susan and Edward Slavicek. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
