He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Bogardus and Ethel Riker Bogardus; and his brother Rollins Bogardus. He is survived by: his wife Connie Bogardus; his children, Donald F. Bogardus, Jr. (Dina), Heather Bogardus and Bill Seymour; his grandchildren, Samantha Wright (Christopher), Donald F. Bogardus III (Rebecca) and Leah Bogardus; his brother James Bogardus (Lynette); and his siblings-in-law, Anita and Bill Karback. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
The military honors will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home (150 Landing Rd, Landing, NJ 07850). Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
