He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Deters and Helen Deters. He is survived by: his wife Linda Deters; his sons, Brandon E. Deters (Jennifer) and Mark J. Deters (Kelly); his grandchildren, Colin, Alyssa, Caitlyn, Owen and Lia; his sister Nancy Yoos (Raymond); his niece Laurie Chism (Michael); his great-niece Lauren Chism; and his great-nephew Brendan Chism.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Maguire Memorial (124 High St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
