He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Alverson and Lucetta Alverson (Fueglein); his sister Lynette Alverson; and his granddaughter Darma Alverson. He is survived by: his wife Dzintra Alverson (Baumanis); his sons, Karl Alverson (Ieva), Erik Alverson (Erin) and Lars Alverson (Krista); his siblings, William Alverson (Karen), Beverly Alverson and Catherine Baloga (Michael); and his grandchildren, Kira and Olaf. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
