He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. and Mary Ellen; and his siblings, Michael, Mary Ellen and Patty.
He is survived by: his children, Scott, Daniel (Lori), Michael (Vicky), Monica and Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob, Shannon, Amy, Nicole, Jadessa, Solana and Peter; his great grandchildren, Chasity, Hailey, Ashlyn, Dawson and Colson; his wife Lori; and his brother Kenneth. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
