He is survived by: his parents, Seth E. Harris, Sr. and Norma J. Harris (Phillips) of Hackettstown, NJ.; his sister Sheri A. Billows (John Billows) of Great Meadows; his nieces and nephews, Matthew and Madison Billows of Great Meadows; and his stepbrother William Randall Harris of New York.
