He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thomas Hinchy and Susan Imelda Hinchy (Clark); and his sister Maureen Anne Kmetz (Hinchy). He is survived by: his children, Deborah Brown (Hinchy), Barbara Hinchy-Prevo, Robert Hinchy, Carolyn Wertman (Hinchy) and Karen Hinchy.
