He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bertone and Carmela Bertone (LaFauci); and his siblings, Orazio "Ed" Bertone and Rosalie Ashby. He is survived by: his wife Denese Bertone (Collins); his children, Emily Bertone and Christian Bertone; his sisters, Carmelina Persson (Roy) and Vita Ostrowski (John); his former wife Carol Akers; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bertone and William Ashby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
