He was predeceased by: his wife Fern; and his sister Barbara Markovich. He is survived by: his brother William Hoover; and his children, Wendy Schreiber (Bill), Robert Hoover (Maria), Cheryl Williams (Jim) and Douglas Hoover (Elizabeth). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (298 Main St, Hackettstown, NJ 07840).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shrines Hospital for Children.
