He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Sliker and Gertrude Sliker; and his siblings, Jack and Jane. He is survived by: his nephew Charles Petty (Molly); his niece Jill Mayer (Ray); and his great-nieces, Bristol Jewell (Bob) and Brette Farrelly (Phil). He is also survived by three great grand-nieces and nephews.
