As Shirley D departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Shirley D may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Shirley D leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Demeritt and Ellen Demeritt; her former husband Robert H. Roe; and her grandson Tyler Wehrenberg. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Roe, Debra Wehrenberg (Mark), Nancy Parrish (Eric) and Ellen LiPetri (Anthony). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
