He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mazur and Anna Mazur (Solarczyk); and his siblings, Barbara Simicevic and Robert Mazur. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mazur (Bower); his children, Amy Salafia (Salvatore) and Brian Mazur (Jen); his grandchildren, Sal Salafia, Jr. and Selina Salafia; and his siblings, Frank Mazur and Maryann Griffith. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
