He is survived by: his wife Patricia Daniels Fagan; his children, Patricia "Tricia" Lynn Herbert and Cliford William; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Ann and Trinity Skye; his great grandchildren, Nichols and Colton; and his brothers, James Robert and Daniel Patrick.

A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Union Cemetery.
