He is survived by: his wife Alice; his brother Robert Sima of Leisuretown, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Monica Gallagher (Ted) of Cherry Hill, NJ, James J. Sherwood of Fontana, CA and Robert Sherwood (Lisa) of North Wales, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (300 E Kings Hwy, Haddon Heights, NJ 08035).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations in Rich's name be made to the Food Bank of South Jersey, 1501 John Tipton Blvd, Pennsauken, NJ 08110.
