She is survived by : her children, Susan J. Chase and Gerald Peter Chase; her grandchildren, Cassidy, Trevor and Kate; and her siblings, Barbara O'Neill Wells and Neill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
