He was predeceased by: his wife Jayne. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Joan Ulshafer (Tom); his grandchildren, Nancy Lynn Ulshafer (Martin T. Quick), Lori Ann Ulshafer and Christopher Ulshafer (Laura); his great grandchildren, Alex, Natalie, Nicholas, Gia, Antonio and Tessa; and his close friend Mary Eileen Ott.
