He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foster and Anna Foster (Durham); his brother Charles; his granddaughter Oggie Peace; and his wife Mary Foster (DiMatties).
He is survived by: his daughter Bernadette (Matthew); his grandson Chad; and his son James (Tracie). He is also survived by his children and cherished his role as "Papa" to his grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Haddonfield United Methodist Church (29 Warwick Rd, Haddonfield, NJ 08033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
