He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph U. Clarke and Winifred May Clarke (Angerbauer). He is survived by: his wife Merrill Clarke (Newman); and his sister Dale Chalmers (Duncan). He is also survived by his two nephews and two nieces; and four great nephews and two great nieces.
