She was predeceased by : her parents, William Birch and Eleanor Birch (Leikam); her husband Warren Charles Nutt; and her sister Evelin R. Betz. She is survived by : her daughter Sharon; her son-in-law Henry Miller; her son William W. Nutt; and her grandchildren, Scott (Jennifer Miller), Brad (Shelley Miller), Kristy (Luis Linares), Lindsey (Mark Zirkel), Lauren (Cesar Bello) and Eric (Traci Nutt). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Myrtle's memory to a charity of your choice.
