He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. Trzaska and Anna Trzaska (Albanese); his mother-in-law Eleanor Lazarz; his brother-in-law Marty Lazarz; and his pet Sanibel.
He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Lazarz-Trzaska; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann McCabe (Dennis), Carol Ann Hollows (Bruce) and Cheryl Lazarz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
